Privacy Notice

What we collect. Business contact details you send us (name, title, email, phone, facility address), the facility and chemical information you provide for your reports, and payment details processed by Stripe (we never see full card or bank numbers).

Where we got your email. If we emailed you first, we used the public facility contact listed in EPA's Toxics Release Inventory public data. Reply "STOP" (or ask to be removed) and we will not email you again.

How we use it. Only to answer you, prepare and deliver your reports, bill you, and keep the records the law requires. We do not sell or rent your information or use it for advertising.

Who we share it with. The government agencies your reports go to (only when you direct us to), and service providers that help us run the service (email, file storage, Stripe for payments, AI document-processing tools) under confidentiality terms.

How long we keep it. For the life of the engagement plus the record-keeping period EPCRA requires (TRI records: 3 years), unless you ask us to delete it sooner where the law allows.

Your choices. Email compliance@vertexiumenv.com to access, correct or delete your information, or to stop emails. We answer within 30 days and honor email opt-outs within 10 business days.

Security. Files are stored on access-controlled systems and sent over encrypted connections. No method is completely secure; if we learn of a breach involving your data, we will notify you as the law requires.

This website. This page has no forms, no ad tracking and no analytics cookies.

Changes. If we change this notice, we post the new version here with a new date and tell clients by email if the change is significant.
